Tim Dwyer

Timothy Dwyer is currently a Vice President for Ogden and Company, Inc. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and a real estate certificate. Timothy has over seven years experience in property management dealing with multi-family, section 42, and HOA’s. Timothy managed a portfolio of over 300+ condo units, which included numerous associations such as New Port Vista, West Reserve at Fiddlers Creek, and Oakwood Shores. In 2009, Timothy earned his ARM® designation through IREM.

After many years of managing real estate, Timothy decided to move into commercial brokerage and investment. Timothy has been involved with selling and leasing bank owned properties, which include industrial, retail, multi-family and office facilities. In addition, Timothy has also represented sellers/buyers on each side of the transaction along with investment sales and analysis.

Timothy also is actively involved with many organizations including East-town Association, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), Apartment Owners and Managers Association (AOMA), and Commercial Association of Realtors Wisconsin (CARW). In addition, Timothy is currently working on his CCIM designation (Certified Commercial Investment Member).

He also enjoys traveling, networking at various events, and golfing.
