Sam Rolfe

Sam Rolfe has been with Ogden & Company, Inc. for over two years. In his time at Ogden he has assisted with a number of deals with his main focus being on office leasing. Sam has been a licensed Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson for over a year and has used his skills to help tenants and owners alike. Sam was tasked with leasing the Northern Lights Building on Water Street in late 2018, at the time the building had an occupancy rate of 70%. Since he began working on it, Sam has helped the building reach 85% occupancy and still has more leases in the works.

Before joining Ogden & Company, Sam was a student at Marquette University and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in both Business Economics and Commercial Real Estate. He was also an active member of the Real Estate Club at Marquette and is still an active member of their Real Estate Alumni program. Sam is eager to use his skills to maximize the potential of any property he works with for both owners and lessors.
