Gordon Steimle

Gordon currently serves as the Executive Vice President of the Commercial/Investment Division. He has been in the commercial real estate industry for over 30 years. He has personally managed millions of square feet of retail, commercial and industrial property in southeastern Wisconsin. Gordon now manages a group of ten commercial brokers and also is involved in the sale and lease of multi-family, retail, office and investment property. During the financial crisis of 2008-2011 Gordon worked with numerous banks in Southeast Wisconsin to take their REO properties through the foreclosure process, stabilizing the assets and preparing them for sale.

Prior to joining Ogden & Company, Inc., AMO®, Gordon served as Vice President of Polacheck Management with oversight of a 3 million-square-foot-plus retail, office and industrial portfolio. He was with Polacheck for 14 years helping to grow their portfolio from one million to over six million square feet managed. In the early 1990’s Gordon worked on a group of assets for the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) as well as several large assets for Principal Financial Group stabilizing the property operations so they could be ready for sale.

Earlier in his real estate career Gordon worked for five years with JVJ (now known as The Richard Jacobs Group), a Cleveland-based developer/owner/manager. He managed regional shopping malls in Wisconsin, Michigan and Ohio.

Gordon received his bachelor’s degree from UW-Milwaukee and obtained the Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) designation from the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) in 1989.

Gordon is involved in the City of Milwaukee Business Improvement District BID #16, and enjoys traveling, boating and golfing.
